Here is our latest information regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Following the latest Government announcements, and in line with the information provided when placing your booking, all events over the next few weeks will be placed On-Hold as a result of these restrictions effecting the experience dates. We are currently in the process of contacting all effected bookings.
These events are still active bookings and are ready and waiting to be rescheduled back in once restrictions have eased.
We have a "reschedule your event" process already set up below. If we have placed your event On-Hold please come back and use the form below when you have decided on some new dates, we can then reschedule your event back in place for you. There is no deadline or time restriction on getting these rebooked.
During this current lockdown our contact centre will be closed however we will be available on email to answer any queries that you may have. For ease just reply back to your bookings email and one of the team will respond as soon as they can.
